Jon Gaydon has excelled in this environment for over 2 decades, finely balancing the budgets presented by CFOs with the technical scalability requirements of CTOs. In 2018 he joined the team at ADSI through a company acquisition, and immediately exceeded targets, utilising ADSI’s bespoke built software systems and tools to offer consistent on-going value to both new and existing clients.
Key to Jon’s success is an ongoing focus on risk reduction, resource allocation and service delivery. In a market vertical that is sometimes characterised as overly concerned about new business, he takes an alternative view, instead building long term relationships based on a consultative approach that places the client at the heart of his every action.
In part his competitive, motivated attitude comes from his sporting pursuits in the form of karate, wakeboarding and rock climbing, whilst his personal values are apparent in his support of his teenage children, and the regular country walks he takes with his border collie named Jet.
