With a Direct Business Partner you, the customer, get the enhanced benefits of our business expertise, flexibility and personalised service. Unlike the networks, we treat you as an individual by offering a bespoke service throughout your mobile phone contract and after. We understand that you are busy and simply aim to make managing your business mobile phones. Our complete business mobile phones and communication service comes with a host of unique selling points for you to benefit from;

Your own dedicated Account Manager – this means no call centres, no faceless voice at the end of the line;  you have a named individual – a personal service just for you. Your account manager will handle your mobile phone account(s), give you advice, keep an eye on your bill expenditure, alert you of unexpected costs that could be avoided AND inform you of any savings to be made. You need make only one call to your UK Based Account Manager for all your requirements.

Guaranteed on-going account management – Your initial contract, upgrades and on-going account is dealt with by us. Depending on your mobile requirements, your airtime bill(s) will continue to come from O2, but you may be billed by us if you decide to have handsets or tablets on an ADSI Refresh contract.

Proven excellent customer service – we are proud that the majority of our customers come from referrals from our happy customers. We have over 7000 mobile phone customers.
We aim to answer your call within 3 rings and respond to an email enquiry within 24 hours (during working hours).

You will benefit from our Monthly Bill Manager Service – this includes a tailored analysis and breakdown of your expenditure and your O2 invoice, emailed as a pdf. Our unique bill manager report can be structured to suit your business and individual needs. Mobile expenditure can be broken down into departments or cost sectors, as well as highlighting premium rate calls, data charges, international costs and much more.

MyADSI Customer Portal – if you prefer to control some aspects of your mobile account, you may like to use our self-serve portal giving you the convenience to manage basic requests and changes to your mobile account online, quickly and easily.

A range of quality handset(s) and devices, if required. We will supply you with your preferred handset if you need one. If you have a problem with the handset throughout your contract; if it gets broken, if you have a technical issue or just need advice setting up – we will help you.

Loan Phone – in most cases we will provide you with a loan phone whilst yours is in repair/lost/stolen.

Regular contact and monitoring – we will alert you when you are due to upgrade or when your contract is due for renewal, we handle the entire process for you whether you are changing networks or providers, porting numbers in or requiring new connections.
