- Onsite visits charged at a reduced rate
- Unlimited remote support (1 hour critical & 2 hours non-critical)
- Unlimited onsite support (4 hour critical & 8 hours non-critical)
- Manned support desk from 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

- Two preventative maintenance checks with report per annum
