Founder and Managing Director, Adrian Spreadborough, saw the potential niche for proactive telecoms account management and used his expertise to launch ADSI in 2002. The company focus was initially to provide a complete account management service for Mobile phone users in SME’s . The market was growing so fast, so quickly, and finding the best deal for business mobile communications was confusing and time consuming for busy companies, hence the service proved to be highly successful.
Using the expertise gained by the Mobile telecoms market, ADSI then branched out to the Fixed Line telecoms sector a year later.
Our expansion brought a move to new offices; a larger site which remains our main head office to date; Alexander House in Laindon, Essex.
We are proud to have been O2 Direct Partner with Customer Excellence accreditation since 2004 and remain to-date one of the largest, customer focused, Partners for the O2 Network.

Our Energy consultancy and account management has been assisting organisations with Business Gas and Electricity bill reduction since 2006.
In 2014 we launched ADSI Technology and began offering a range of professional IT Service & Support packages to businesses.
2015 saw the launch of our exciting new telephone system ADSI VoIP – a reliable, cloud based telephone service for companies.
June 2018 we acquired Garnell Communications Ltd, an O2 Business Partner that predominately handles Corporate Accounts in the Mobiles sector.
We’ve also added a substantial number of commercial properties to the Group portfolio; ADSI Holdings own and manage offices, warehouses and business units in Essex. In 2018 we purchased Cornwallis Business Centre which contains numerous business space opportunities including offices and retail units for small businesses and start-ups to rent or lease.
Throughout 2020 and 2021 we assisted business customers with all their communication requirements, enabling them to keep connected and productive by providing the essential business tools to run efficiently in uncertain times.
