With us, you get your own dedicated Account Manager
This means no call centres, no faceless voice at the end of the line; you have a named individual – a personal service just for you. Your account manager will handle your mobile phone account(s), give you advice, keep an eye on your bill expenditure, alert you of unexpected costs that could be avoided and inform you of any savings to be made.
Guaranteed on-going account management
Your bill(s) remain from O2, you will continue to be invoiced from them and payments are still made to them – none of that changes. But, your initial contract, upgrades and on-going account is dealt with by us.
You will benefit from our monthly Bill Manager which includes your O2 pdf invoice. Our unique bill manager report can be tailored to suit your business and individual needs. Mobile expenditure can be broken down into departments or cost sectors, as well as highlighting premium rate calls, data charges, international costs and much more.
Handset(s) if required
We will supply you with your preferred handset if you need one. If you have a problem with the handset throughout your contract; if it gets broken, if you have a technical issue or just need advice setting up – we will help you. In most cases we will provide you with a loan phone whilst yours is in repair/lost/stolen.
If you need to place a bar on a stolen/lost phone, we can do this for you. We will alert you when you are due to upgrade or when your contract is due for renewal. We will handle the entire process for you.
