Established in 2002 we provide a professional business service you can rely on. We are in it for the long haul and would very much welcome the opportunity to manage your O2 contract. Here’s what we offer;
First class business service
At ADSI, we pride ourselves in excellent customer service; the majority of our customers come from referrals from our happy customers. We aim to answer your call within 3 rings and respond to an email enquiry within 24 hours (during working hours).
We understand that you are busy and simply aim to make managing your business mobile phones a lot easier, leaving you to get on with running your business.
With us, you get your own dedicated Account Manager
This means no call centres, no faceless voice at the end of the line; you have a named individual – a personal service just for you. Your account manager will handle your mobile phone account(s), give you advice, keep an eye on your bill expenditure, alert you of unexpected costs that could be avoided and inform you of any savings to be made.
Guaranteed on-going account management
Depending on your mobile requirements, your airtime bill(s) will continue to come from O2, but you may be billed by us if you decide to have handsets or tablets on an ADSI Refresh contract. Your initial contract, upgrades and on-going account is dealt with by us.
You will benefit from our monthly Bill Manager which includes your O2 invoice, emailed as a pdf. Our unique bill manager report can be tailored to suit your business and individual needs. Mobile expenditure can be broken down into departments or cost sectors, as well as highlighting premium rate calls, data charges, international costs and much more.
Handset(s) if required
We will supply you with your preferred handset if you need one. If you have a problem with the handset throughout your contract; if it gets broken, if you have a technical issue or just need advice setting up – we will help you. In most cases we will provide you with a loan phone whilst yours is in repair/lost/stolen.
If you need to place a bar on a stolen/lost phone, we can do this for you. We will alert you when you are due to upgrade or when your contract is due for renewal. We will handle the entire process for you.
