What do I do if I have lost/had my phone stolen?
In our opening hours (Monday to Friday 8.30am -5.30pm) call our team at ADSI on 01268 495555 to order replacement SIM and/or new handset.
Out of hours (Saturday, Sunday and Weekdays 5.30pm – 8.30am) call the appropriate network to place a temporary bar on your SIM. Then, in hours call ADSI to arrange a new SIM and/or new handset.
