To save you existing phone book to your new phone

On your existing T-Mobile phone:

Select ‘phone book' from the menu (On some handsets, you can shortcut by pressing ‘names' from the front screen)
Select ‘Copy'
Select ‘From phone to SIM card'
Select ‘Copy all'
Select ‘Keep original'
Select ‘Start copying'

Then take your T-Mobile SIM card out and place in new phone:

Select ‘phone book' from the menu
Select ‘Copy'
Select ‘From SIM card to phone'
Select ‘Copy all'
Select ‘Keep original'
Select ‘Start copying'

Replace you orange SIM in your T-Mobile phone and place the new O2 SIM card in your new phone. Continue to use your old T-Mobile phone until the Port date that you have been advised of.

On this date please carry both phones with you (with the new O2 phone switched OFF) , at some time (normally between 10am and 4pm) your existing T-Mobile phone will stop working, when this happens switch on your new phone and it should be active.

If the number is not working try again after 10 minutes. If the number is not working after 1 hour please contact us.
