What do I do if I have lost/had my phone stolen?

During Opening hours (Monday to Friday 8.30am -5.30pm)
Call our team at ADSI on 01268 495555 to order replacement SIM and/or New Handset

Out Of Hours (Saturday, Sunday and Weekdays 5.30pm – 8.30am)
Call the appropriate network to place a temporary bar on your SIM, then during opening hours, call ADSI to arrange a new SIM/ Phone

What do I do if my phone breaks?

During opening hours call our team at ADSI on 01268 495555 or download a Repair Form, complete and send in with your handset – Faulty Handset Form

Please note; if your device is out of warranty, the repair will be chargable.  To check warranty status, enter your IMEI number here;
