ADSI has a team dedicated to customer satisfaction, starting from the moment a client or potential client calls.

It is our policy that calls are answered in a maximum of three rings. For ADSI's Sales Managers there is no question of sealing a deal and passing the customer on to someone else, all customers are allocated an Account Manager who will liaise with the customer throughout the term of the contract. Whatever the caller's business requirements are, the service they get is backed by in-depth knowledge.

We have a dedicated team in each of our Business sectors; Communications, Telematics and Energy.  In each section there is a specialist Back Office team whose brief is to stay up to date with all the special offers and tariff changes that may affect our customers.  You can be assured of the best deal available for your business along with impartial advice.
