To save your existing phone book to your new phone
On your existing Orange phone:
Select ‘phone book' from the menu (On some handsets, you can shortcut by pressing ‘names' from the front screen)
Select ‘Copy'
Select ‘From phone to SIM card'
Select ‘Copy all'
Select ‘Keep original'
Select ‘Start copying'
Then take your old Orange SIM card out and place in new Orange phone
Select ‘phone book' from the menu
Select ‘Copy'
Select ‘From SIM card to phone'
Select ‘Copy all'
Select ‘Keep original'
Select ‘Start copying'
Replace your old SIM in your old phone and use for all calls until the time that your upgrade is scheduled for.
On this date please carry both phones with you, at some time (normally between 7-9pm) your existing phone will stop working, when this happens switch off your new Orange phone for 60 seconds and switch back on, and it should be active.
If the number is not working try again after 10 minutes. If the number is not working after 1 hour please contact us.
