Dedicated Account Manager

With ADSI you will have your own dedicated Account Manager to handle your O2 account; a single point of contact should you wish to make any changes, add additional users or indeed have any queries answered.  Your Account Manager will ensure you are on the best tariffs and contract for your business requirements today and in the future.

Should you experience any problems with your account or handsets your enquiry will be dealt with promptly and efficiently.  In most case we provide a Loan phone for clients who require an immediate replacement handset for a faulty one.

Monthly Bill Reviews 

As an ADSI O2 customer you will receive a monthly bill report and analysis by email which summarises your useage for the month.  This highlights any over use, abuse, new expenditure on the account and we can advise on whether any changes are recommended and the cost effective solution for you the customer.

We can tailor the monthly review to your particular requirements; i.e. you may require a breakdown of bills for showing expenditure in different divisions or departments of the company.  You may further require bills to be re-charged out.

Each report is sent from your Account Manager with a commentary, recent news from ADSI, top tips and a personal message.
