To save your existing phone book to your new phone

On your existing O2 phone:

Select ‘phone book' from the menu (On some handsets, you can shortcut by pressing ‘names' from the front screen)
Select ‘Copy'
Select ‘From SIM card to Phone'
Select ‘Copy all'
Select ‘Keep original'
Select ‘Start copying'

Then take your Orange SIM card out of the new phone and place in O2 phone:

Select ‘phone book' from the menu
Select ‘Copy'
Select ‘From phone to SIM card'
Select ‘Copy all'
Select ‘Keep original'
Select ‘Start copying'

Replace you orange SIM in your Orange phone and start to use for all outgoing calls immediately, then place the old O2 SIM card in your old phone and continue to use for incoming calls until the Port date that you have been advised of.

On this date please carry both phones with you, at some time (normally between 10am and 4pm) your existing O2 phone will stop working, when this happens switch off your new Orange phone for 60 seconds and switch back on, and it should be active.

If the number is not working try again after 10 minutes. If the number is not working after 1 hour please contact us.
