ADSI are delighted to have received confirmation that we have been awarded the joint award for Customer and Digital Excellence from O2 for 2020.
This is a highly coveted award and is yet another award to add to our growing collection of O2 awards dating back until 2004.
Well done to all the ADSI Team on meeting the O2’s stringent targets in Customer Service & Digital Sales in 2019. Now the benchmark is set for 2021, which of course is based in 2020 performance.
