MyADSI Customer Portal is a bespoke management tool which we created in-house for our customers. Launched in 2018, we are pleased to report that the numbers of users has grown, and the functionality and range of features in the system have been substantially improved and increased.
The recent version of myADSI Portal just been re-launched and it gives users instant access to their billing information with the ability to add end users to view and analyse aspects of the account. Click here for full details; MYADSI_WEB_2020
Users can view numerous reports and trends in their mobile expenditure, download invoices, make changes to Usernames, Cost Centres & add up to 4 Custom defined fields per mobile. All this along with actioning Sim Swaps, Place Bars, View Billing History and see real time update on the progress of the changes requested.
There is also the ability to add multiple users to help manage all or just a sub section of the account – all this in just a few clicks!

The benefits of using MyADSI?
Control – place bars and swap SIMS easily and quickly, create and allocate cost centres to suit your accounts, add names, departments & email addresses against numbers, lock’ a mobile number down so other users are unable to change settings.
You can add up to 4 additional pre-defined fields of your choice to further assist your reporting, for example; locations, car registration, cost centres, departments etc.
Control who sees the account billing information – create new users and select levels of authority for each user; read only, standard, administrator and call flag user. This means you can assign users to your billing defined structure and control what they see and what they can do.
Cost Saving – save time and money by not having to call and email numerous requests regarding the account. You can carry out multiple requests to your account online in just a few clicks and keep track of the progress.
Electronic access – avoid the need to manage, distribute and administer paper bills. The MyADSI portal allows you to view past mobile bills, reports and charges; reporting can be tailored to suit your company requirements; view months, years, look at trends etc
Change & Manage – make simple changes to individual or all numbers such as placing User Bars, activating and ordering SIM swaps, all without the need to call us each time for each request. Change email addresses, cost centres and pre-defined fields to assist in reporting and accounting of your account.
