Adrian Spreadborough, Managing Director

Adrian has managed several businesses throughout his career before forming ADSI in 2002.  With an accounting background and an unnerving, substantial interest in IT and Technology, paired with an excellent business mind and attention to detail, he has driven and made ADSI Group the success it is today.  

Toni Heritage, PA to Managing Director

Toni has been with ADSI for 11 years as PA to Adrian.  As well as her many PA duties, she also looks after and manages Client accounts.

Dave Cribbs, Sales Director

Dave joined us in December 2018.  He has more than 20 years experience in Telecoms and is heading up the Inside & Field based Sales Teams.


Rob Foote, Account Manager Mobiles

Rob joined ADSI in 2007 as a young, fresh faced salesperson. He has made his way up the ladder, notches up 11 years this year and is now Senior Account Manager for the SOHO Team.

Jon Gaydon, Corporate Account Director

Jon joined the ADSI Group in July 2018 when we acquired Garnell Communications Ltd .  He is very experienced in the Mobiles sector and handles our Corporate Client Accounts. 

Clare Ladd, PA to Sales Team

Clare has been with ADSI since the start, so 17 years service!  We call her the ‘Shadow Director’.  She looks after many client mobile accounts and is also PA to Rob Foote.

Jackie Robinson, Finance & Operations Manager

Jackie is our official bean counter and clocks up 14 years with us. She heads up the very busy Finance & Operations Department. 

Karly Pavitt, Operations Manager

Karly joined us in 2007 and is one of our staffing success stories.  Started as Admin Assistant at 18  and through hard work and dedication now proudly sits as Operation Manager in the Admin Office. 

Sue Dennison, Marketing Manager

Sue also joined in 2007 to take on the marketing for ADSI.  Has a varied role with all things written, printed, published, sponsored, exhibited… and basically whatever the teams need! Works Monday to Thursday.

Carly Rand, HR Manager

Carly started with ADSI in 2011, she handles all the recruitment for the company and heads up the Human Resources department. Works Monday, Tuesday and Friday.

IT and ADSI Technology

Westley Kelley, Infrastructure Lead

Westley heads up our Infrastructure Team overseeing ADSI Technology customers with IT Support packages as well as our own internal systems.

Nick Spreadborough, Product Manager VoIP

Nick is our VoIP Specialist, he assists customers in the installation of new systems and deals with all VoIP related queries, and other techie bits!

Stuart Dawes, Technical Support Mobiles

Stuart is our very own Gadget Techie! An experienced O2 Guru he joined us 8 years ago and anything technical about mobiles are sent his way!
