O2 is rolling out 4G across their network. To see if you have 4G in your area, go to the O2 Coverage Checker. If you are experiencing problems connecting to 4G in your area, please contact your ADSI Account Manager.
You may need your email settings which can be provided by your email host or your IT Support team.

Go to the Start screen.

Choose Settings -> Mail, Contact, Calendar -> Add Account.

Select the type of email account you wish to add.

Now enter the email address and password.

If your email configuration doesn’t happen automatically, you will be asked for your email settings which are provided by your email host or IT Support team.

When you reset the Apple iPhone to the factory settings, all original settings and factory default values are restored.

Note: When resetting to the factory settings, software updates will not be undone.

We recommend you back up your data before you reset the Apple iPhone to the factory settings. This is to prevent personal data in the internal memory being lost, such as images, applications and contacts stored in the phone’s memory.

Go to the Start screen.

Choose Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase All Content and Settings -> Erase iPhone.

All data and settings saved on the Apple iPhone will be deleted.

The Apple iPhone will automatically reset and reboot.

Once the Apple iPhone has been rebooted, you might have to reconfigure certain settings, such as the date and time, Wi-Fi, your email account, and your data settings for internet and MMS.

You should first refer to the instruction manual of the Bluetooth device you want to pair with. Verify which code is required for pairing the device (0000 or 1234 are frequently used).

You then need to configure the device to search for other Bluetooth devices:

Go to the Start screen and choose Settings -> Bluetooth -> Enable Bluetooth.

If one or more Bluetooth devices are available within the Apple iPhone’s range, they will be listed.

Choose the device that you want the Apple iPhone to connect to.

If the device is not listed, make sure that Bluetooth has been enabled on the other device and that it is within range of the Apple iPhone.

Make sure your PC has iTunes installed, if not select click here (https://www.apple.com/uk/itunes/download/) and download and install the program.
You may need to manually change your settings to send SMS messages on your Apple iPhone.

Click Next for step-by-step instructions on how to do this.

Go to the Start screen.

Choose Phone.

Enter *#5005*7672# and choose the phone symbol.

If the displayed phone number is +447802000332, choose Dismiss and return to the Start screen.

If the phone numbers do not match, choose Dismiss and go to the next step.

Enter **5005*7672*+447802000332# and choose the phone symbol.

The SMS centre has been set.

Choose Dismiss and return to the Start screen.

The Apple iPhone can now be used for receiving and sending SMS messages in the UK and abroad.
