The Client: Heley International is a global leader in the wholesale sales and distribution of branded foods, beverages, toiletries and homecare products.

The requirements: Heley International required an efficient and cost-effective communications system because the work force of more than 40 is highly mobile. By the very nature of the business they are in, the Directors and Sales Team are constantly on the move. Warehouse staff also need to be contacted when away from their offices and other staff might need to be contacted at weekends and evenings.

The solution: In 2002 ADSI recommended a package of fixed line and mobile services, covering a total of 36 mobiles. ADSI has also supplied Heley International with a full Blackberry solution which is utilised by 10 members of staff.

In the first year Heley International saved 32% on its mobile costs and subsequent savings have consistently been 20% plus per annum achieved through its dedicated ADSI Sales Manager closely monitoring usage and tariffs.
