Calling all Energy customers…
As part of our ongoing commitment to excellent customer service and ensuring you have the best possible experience whilst dealing with ADSI we will from time to time keep you updated on current issues and report any potential issues that may arise.
It has come to our attention that some of our energy customers have been receiving telephone calls from people claiming to be from your energy company. These calls may come from an overseas call centre or possibly be automated. The caller will ask you for the details of your meter(s) as they claim that the meter is coming up as invalid on their database against your postcode.
Please do not give them any information of this nature. If they are your genuine energy company, they will already know the details of your meter and should not have to ask for it.
Always give your energy company a call back on the customer service you have for them to confirm the validity of the callers request. If the call is genuine, they will not mind you taking this precaution.
Please remember that ADSI and your Energy Company will never pass on your details to any third parties without prior consent from yourselves.
