The client; David Lewis Locum Services are based in Sittingbourne, Kent; they provide property legal services.

The requirements; David Lewis had their mobile phones through O2.  As they were assessed as a business customer, they were introduced to ADSI to manage their account. 

The solution; After analysis of their current bills, a solution was found to lower their call and data charges hence saving making substantial savings for the business.  They were able to upgrade their current handsets to more versatile ones and as the company had grown they added additional users and found it was more cost effective to change their current tariff to a Medium Business Frequent user.Furthermore, by using ADSI the business now has its own dedicated Account Manager who provides them with a single point of contact available for all their business requirements now and in the future.

David Lewis comments ‘I actually pay for, now, seven phones which are still substantially cheaper, some 20%, that I used to pay for four handsets!  In fact, the four handsets through ADSI would have reduced my monthly bill by about 66%!I have also recommended ADSI to my current employer and I think there are substantial reductions there too. Furthermore, I recommended ADSI to a client of mine to provide services of telephone, gas and electricity to a new property owned by an offshore company when no one else could source suitable accounts.  The charges are also lower than elsewhere.’
