Customer Excellence Award 2018

We were pleased to receive the O2 Direct Partner Customer Excellence Award once again this year.

This is the fourth year running we’ve been recognised for our Customer Excellence by leading network provider, O2.

We’ve been a Business Partner of O2 since 2008 and are now one of the biggest partners winning many past awards such as Dealer of the Year, Centre of Excellence,  and since 2015 we have been a Direct Partner with Customer Excellence status.

We are very proud of our team here at ADSI and continually strive to improve the way we serve and support our business customers throughout all our services .  This award goes some way to proving that we are achieivng our aims.

Going forward in 2018, we look forward to our continued partnership with O2 and to providing you, our customers, the best possible solutions and service.

uSwitch Awards

O2 won! We’re pleased to report that O2 were voted winner of the ‘Best Network Coverage’ category at the uSwitch Broadband and Mobile Awards that took place of 8th February.

The awards celebrate the very best of the telecoms industry and it’s especially pleasing for O2 to be named as a winner as the awards are decided by customer satisfaction research and a team of judges composed of industry experts and technology journalists.
