ADSI Technology would like to wish our customers a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
As we move towards 2018, we have some staff news to share; Alan Butler has decided to leave ADSI Technology and move on to pastures new, his last working day is just before the Christmas break.
This does not affect the service you receive from ADSI Technology as you are supported by a full team of staff with years of experience in all aspects of IT from PC & Laptop Support; Server & Networking; VoIP and Development plus other areas including information security.
As a reminder, ADSI Technology operate a ticket based service desk, with each issue raised receiving a unique ticket reference that you can quote when accessing our services. You can contact us via email email@example.com or you can call 01268 495566.

For our customers on our Basic Service Contract (formerly known as Silver): 9am – 5pm
For our customers on our Standard Service Contract (formerly known as Gold): 8.30am – 5.30pm
For our customers on our Professional Service Contract (formerly known as Platinum): 8.30am – 5.30pm
Christmas 2017 Support Service
For support during 21st, 22nd and 27th-29th December, we will be operating with a skeleton support staff, so please be patient if your call cannot be dealt with immediately. Site visits will only be made for system critical issues during this time.
