Whether a customer chooses an iPhone, BlackBerry or another smartphone  or mobile broadband and a laptop, O2 Techies will visit their office and get things sorted in no time. The customer books a time, date and package to suit and O2 Techies do the rest.

A bit more about Remote server set-up
O2 Techies can help customers set up BlackBerry Express and Microsoft Direct Push Email. This means they don’t get the worries and steep learning curve normally associated with new server software. Techies will call the customer twice before the set-up – firstly to check they have everything they need, such as licences, software and permissions. And again to perform a pre-installation health check and arrange a time that’s convenient for the set up of the server. At the agreed appointment time, the O2 Techie will take remote control of the server and perform the configuration and installation steps. They’ll also configure a minimum of two devices and give some server administration training. Access to O2 Tech Support service is also included, so customers can get the answers to any queries they may have within 14 days of configuring the server. .
